Tergo Light

Tergo Light

For long trekking and mountain tours with medium weight (ca. 22 kg) loads.
The inner aluminium frame provides dimensional stability to the back construction and supports load distribution onto the hipbelt.
A pull mechanism on the back allows one to quickly and easily adjust the shoulder strap length to fit the torso length of the wearer.
The hipbelt is anatomically formed for comfortable load carriage and distribution on the hips, helping to eliminate pressure points while carrying.

ADVANTAGES:
*Inner aluminium uniform load distribution.
*Optimum load distribution on the hipbelt.

Tergo Light Easy Adjust

Tergo Light Easy Adjust

Just like the Tergo Light system, the Tergo Light Easy Adjust system has the same line of features and is best suited for long
trekking and mountain tours with medium weight (ca. 22 kg) loads.
Backpacks with the Tergo Light Easy Adjust system do not have to be removed in order to adjust torso and shoulder strap lengths.
They can be adjusted while being worn to custom fit the wearer‘s back.
The pull loop on the hipbelt lets one adjust the shoulder strap length as needed. Load positioning is possible in only a few easy moves, so the backpack offers custom-fitting carrying comfort.

ADVANTAGES:
*Inner Aluminium frame offers uniform load distribution.
*The Tergo Light Eassy Adjust system makes it possible to quickly and easily adjust strap length without having to remove the pack.
*Optimum load distribution on the hipbelt.

Aeroflex F.L.A.S.H.

Aeroflex F.L.A.S.H.

For activities with lightweight loads (ca. 8 kg), for those who value optimal back ventilation (hiking, short trekking tours).
The open, stable space between the backpack and the mesh ensure an ideal 3-way back ventilation.
Even when the backpack is fully loaded, the space keeps its form and the tension of the mesh back remains constant.
Both straps are concurrently adjustable by a single adjustment mechanism.
The continuous adjustment of the shoulder straps enables an ideal backpack fit for individual torso length and form.
The shoulder strap adjustment runs behind the mesh on the back section; the straps exit from a sturdy opening. That way the load pressure isn’t distributed to the mesh and the straps lay comfortably on the shoulders.

ADVANTAGES:
*Ideal back ventilation.
*The space between the backpack and the back remains stable even with a fully loaded pack.
*Continuous shoulder strap length adjustment for a perfect backpack fit.

Aeroflex Easy Adjust + F.L.A.S.H.

Aeroflex Easy Adjust + F.L.A.S.H.

For activities on changing terrains, this suspension system can be adjusted to offer a close-fitting, bo-dycontact
back (on demanding hikes, easy Via Ferrata routes) when needed.
The tension of the mesh panel is regulated by a pull strap mechanism (connector).
Large panel distance: full ventilation, e.g. when backpacking uphill.
Small panel distance: stable, body hugging fit, e.g. on Via Ferrata routes.

Otherwise Aeroflex Easy Adjust offers the same features as the Aeroflex.

A pull mechanism lets you adjust the length of both straps at the same time.
The continuously variable adjustment of the strap lengths makes it possible to optimally fit the pack to any torso length and shape.
The harness adjustment runs along behind the mesh panel, and the shoulder straps exit through reinforced openings. This prevents the weight of the load from being transferred to the mesh panel, and allows the shoulder straps to lie comfortably on one‘s shoulders.

ADVANTAGES:
*Optimum ventilation of the back.
*The space between the pack and your back remains stable even when the pack is fully loaded.
*Variable adjustment of the mesh back allows for best possible adaptability to alll activities.
*Continuously variable strap length adjustment for custom fitting backpack comfort.

Anatomic NT

Anatomic NT

For all activities requiring a close body fit and stable load balancing (climbing, alpine touring, Via Ferrata, etc.).
Backpacks with Anatomic NT guarantee a safe fit and stability on any terrain.
The structure of the Tergo Pads keeps the back optimally ventilated and evenly distributes the weight of the load.
A torsion-flexible backplate evenly distributes the load over the entire back on the hipbelt; preventing inner pressure caused by the pack, deformation against the back and reducing the strain of carrying a fully loaded pack.
The individually welded Tergo Pads do not absorb moisture and are positioned along the line of the spine. This allows the pack to adjust to the back without pressure and at the same time permit air to circulate freely through the channels; keeping the back maximally dry even during
strenuous activities.

Anatomic NT Ultralight

Anatomic NT Ultralight

For weight minimalists and all those counting their ounces (alpine climbers, competition ski tourers, mountain hikers with smaller loads), a suspension system with a bo-dy-hugging fit and Tergo Pad construction (see Anatomic NT).
Ultralight materials and a focus on to the essential features have made it possible to reach an extremely low weight.
The backplate is removable allowing the entire pack to then be stowed in its own top lid compartment.

Twist2Fit

Twist2Fit

The Twist2Fit system lets you adjust the hipbelt with a rotary ratch while the pack is being worn, so you canperfectly fit it the individual anatomy of your hips.
The hipbelt ties positively in to any hip form – this means that the load is optimally absorbed and transmitted over the entire pelvis region.
A pull system incorporated in the construction of the belt can be variably adjusted with a swivel lock so that you can bring the belt onto your hips in the desired position.
The backpack doesn‘t have to be removed to make this adjustment. The hip alignment can be directly done while the pack is being worn and is continuously vari-able: allowing for a perfect custom fit on your hips.

ADVANTAGES:
*Best possible adjustment of the hip belt to the hip anatomy, without having to remove the backpack.
*Different Ladies and Gentlemen's models are no longer necessary thanks to Twist2Fit.

Versametric

Versametric

For long trekking and mountain backpacking tours with heavy loads (ca. 25 kg).
The construction of the pendulum hipbelt and the ABS backplate prevent the pack from warping out against the hips and back, and help save energy when carrying heavy loads over long distances.
The form of the backplate is adapted to the anatomy of the spine and prevents the fully loaded pack from deforming (bulging out) against the back. This optimizes load transmission on the hips and shoulders, and evenly distributes the weight of the load over the entire back.
Two sliding rails allow for automatic load positioning, and, in connection with the Easy Adjust System (see Tergolight Easy Adjust), make it possible to create a perfect custom fit for all body sizes and loads - even while the backpack is being carried.

ADVANTAGES:
*Energy saving carriage of heavy loads over long distances.
*Pressure free load distribution on back and hips.
*Perfect alignment with individual hip form with Twist2Fit.

E-Link system

E-Link system

Backpacks with the e-Link system have a special buckle that allows them to be linked into an Edelrid climbing harness. The hipbelt is detached and the e-Link buckle is hooked into a webbing loop on the harness.
The backpack fits just as safely and securely when attached to the climbing harness (climbing, glacier crossing,
alpine touring, etc.) as it does when attached to the hipbelt.
Gear loops and chalk bag are not covered by a wide hipbelt, making them easier to access. This enhances both comfort and safety on the climb, in addition to saving on the extra weight of a hipbelt.
