Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the shop, click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping basket.

After you have finished your selection, click on "BUY" and you will be asked for a few details. We accept both debit and credit card payments (Visa Maestro and Mastercard etc). We also accept payment through PayPal.

Returns Policy If any goods are damaged upon delivery please report it to us immediately via e-mail for an immediate replacement.
In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 15 days, for a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items.

When an item is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing fault, a fee of £5.00 will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns as any goods remain the purchaser's responsibility until delivered to us. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
If replacement items need to be sent out they will incur a shipping charge relevant to your delivery address.
